Such a great place to live. The Hamilton Court Team is made up of courteous, committed and kind professionals - always felt in the best of hands. Maintenance requests were always handled in 24 hours or less, while Management is prompt in response for any questions you may have for move-in or throughout a lease. Lots in the immediate area in terms of food, drink, and greenspace. Location is perfect for accessing campus but also Center City, West Philly/Cedar Park, and Fairmount. Very convenient to 30th Street Station and SEPTA.

I have lived in Hamilton Court for a year and just renewed my lease for next year. As a student at UPenn, the location is ideal. I lived in a 2 bed 1 bath and will be living in a 1 bed 1 bath next year - the apartment is spacious and recently redone. The amenities are amazing - especially the gym and the hot tub. The management is extremely accommodating and anything related to maintenance is addressed within 24 hours. Could not recommend more!
